Provide outpatient hematology and medical oncology care at a community hospital and specialty outpatient center
Manage a patient volume of approximately patients daily with complex needs
Conduct consultations, treatment planning, and follow-ups for oncology patients
Participate in light call coverage, responding to calls within 1 hour via beeper only
Collaborate with a team of three established permanent hematology/oncology providers, plus RNs, PA/NP, and clinical staff
Use EMR system (ARIA) for all documentation and reporting
Support patient-centered, mission-driven care in a well-staffed, supportive environmentWhat You Need Required:
Valid VA medical license
Board certification or eligibility in hematology and oncology
Fellowship training in hematology/oncology
Experience working in outpatient clinical settings with complex patient populations
Ability to handle high-acuity cases with a multidisciplinary team Preferred:
